Reading Teen Wanted For Chaotic Philadelphia Car Gathering

(Reading, PA) -- Police are searching for a teenager from Reading in connection to a chaotic car gathering in Philadelphia. Authorities say 19-year-old Samuel Hoffman "prompted" a car gathering in September that attracted hundreds of people. The event led to property damage, reckless driving, and ten arrests.
