Woman To Avoid Charges In Shooting Death Of Son

(Bethel Township, PA) -- A Berks County woman will not face charges for the shooting death of her son last month. Investigators determined that the woman acted in self-defense when she shot and killed 32-year-old Sean Clemens. Authorities said Clemens broke into his mother's home while under the influence of meth. The woman reportedly told officers her son had an extensive history of drug use.
