(Harrisburg, PA) -- Residents in Harrisburg who are struggling financially due to the ongoing pandemic are getting some help thanks to a new moratorium signed by Mayor Eric Papenfuse. Mayor Papenfuse signed a moratorium yesterday that bans water utility shut-offs in the city due to nonpayment. It will go into effect immediately via an executive order.
