(Kutztown, PA) -- The eighth annual Pennsylvania Cannabis Festival returns this weekend to Kutztown. Organizers say their goal is to raise awareness to make cannabis legal in the Commonwealth. About 40-thousand people are expected to converge on Renninger's Farmers Market. The Saturday and Sunday event will offer more than 250 vendors, live music, speakers and discussion panels.
