A 12-year-old boy in Hartford, Connecticut, was shot after throwing a snowball at a car on Wednesday (January 22). The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. near Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace. The boy, who was with an 11-year-old friend, was struck multiple times but sustained non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center for treatment.
