Former KU Student Sentenced For Fatal Shooting
(Maxatawny Township, PA) -- A former Kutztown University student is being sentenced following a fatal shooting. The shooting happened in November of 2022 when then 18-year-old Xzavier Wayman shot and killed 18-year-old Diego Velazquez at a student housing complex near the university's campus. Wayman has been sentenced to a minimum of 15-years in prison.
