Man Arrested After Hospital Disruption During Police Chase

A 21-year-old man was arrested after disrupting Holy Spirit Hospital during a police chase on Saturday (March 1) in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Camp Hill police attempted to stop the man on Trindle Road for multiple vehicle code violations. The vehicle was linked to a criminal incident earlier that day in a nearby township. The suspect fled on foot into the hospital, causing significant disruptions to its services before being apprehended.

According to Local 21 News, the man had a DUI-suspended driver's license and an active bench warrant from York County. He faces charges of flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, evading arrest, disorderly conduct, and various vehicle code violations. He was taken to Cumberland County Prison.

Camp Hill Police reported that the suspect had no fixed address. The incident highlights the ongoing challenges police face in apprehending suspects who disrupt public services.
