>>Berks D-A Says Wyomissing Cops Acted Appropriately In Arrest Of Walmart Bike Rider

(Wyomissing, PA) -- Berks County’s D-A says Wyomissing police officers acted appropriately while arresting a man who was yelling profanities at shoppers as he rode a bicycle through a Walmart store. Officers were dispatched Monday to the Walmart on the eleven-hundred block of Boulevard for reports of the man weaving back and forth through the store's aisles on the bicycle, playing loud music, and yelling profanities at other shoppers. The man was told multiple times by the store manager to leave, but he refused. By the time the officers arrived, 37-year-old Stanley Gracius was paying for the bicycle, only to be detained by the responding officers. Gracius is in Berks County Jail on 25-hundred-dollars bail.
