(Muhlenberg Twp., PA) -- Muhlenberg Township’s Commissioners are awarding a new, five-year contract for trash and recycling to J.P. Mascaro and Sons. The township has contracted with Mascaro for the past 19 years, with a one-year extension of the previous contract set to expire December 31st. Commissioner Kevin Lerch said Mascaro had responded well to solve complaints over the past year.
