(Perry Twp., PA) -- Cleanup is underway after a barn collapse in Perry Township, Berks County. It happened early Saturday morning on Deribelbis [DERRY-bell-biss] Mill Road, killing seven cows. The owner of the farm says they plan on rebuilding. There’s no word on what may have caused that collapse.

(Pottsville, PA) -- Congressman Dan Meuser says he’s tested positive for COVID-19. The Republican who represents part of Berks County as well as all of Lebanon and Schuylkill counties says he will be postponing his upcoming public events. Meuser adds that he will be following all safety guidelines and that his wife tested negative for the virus.

>>Reading Man Accused Of Opening Fire On Police Serving Warrant

(Reading, PA) -- A 32-year-old Reading man is facing charges after opening fire on police who were serving a warrant last week. Joshua Perez reportedly fired four shots at the officers Friday morning on the 500-block of Bingaman Street. The officers didn’t return fire and eventually took him into custody. Investigators say they found a loaded pistol and an AR-15 rifle.

>>Man In Custody for Deadly Reading Shooting

(Reading, PA) -- Reading police say a 28-year-old man is in custody for a deadly shooting last week. Joewel Keita is accused of shooting and killing Albert Pena-Pena late Thursday evening on McKnight Street. Another person was injured in the shooting but is expected to recover. Anyone with information on what may have led to the shooting is asked to contact police.

>>Met-Ed Makes Quick Work Of Exeter Township Power Outage

(Exeter Twp., PA) -- Met-Ed power crews say they made quick work of a power outage over the weekend in Exeter Township. At least 11-hundred customers were without power starting Friday night around 9:45 p-m. Met-Ed officials had said they expected the power to be back on about three hours later.
