(Reading, PA) -- Reading officials say the city has a 100-percent response rate for the 2020 Census. The announcement came at the end of last week, following a caravan that took the mayor along with other leaders and workers to people's doors to raise awareness about the once-a-decade count. City officials say 56-percent of households submitted the census on their own, and the remaining 44-percent were reached by door knocks.
