(Reading, PA) -- The Berks County election office in the Services Center is ensuring the security of ballots cast. The door to the room that holds all of the ballots has a newly installed reinforced locking system. Two election services employees each hold a key, and the county's chief administrative officer and a deputy hold the other two keys. Two people are required to open and close the door. The opening of the ballots will also be captured on video.
