(Berks County, PA) -- Kutztown University will not be competing in fall or winter sports this season. The university announced yesterday they were opting out because of a decision made by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference to cancel its fall sports season. The P-S-A-C voted to cancel fall sports yesterday and will be voting on the future of the winter sports season
