(Reading, PA) -- A fraud investigation is giving Berks County children a holiday miracle. Thousands of dollars-worth of toys will be donated to the Toys for Tots and Cole's Toy Drive this season. Central Berks Regional Police Department revealed details about the donation yesterday. The donation comes from a fraud bust from last year where a Berks County man was using illegal debit cards to buy toys online. Berks County investigators sat on the collected toys after the man was arrested and decided to donate them to children this holiday season.
