(Reading, PA) -- Downtown Reading garages are going to be opening tomorrow for free parking. The Reading Parking Authority announced yesterday it was making all of the downtown parking garages available for city residents. Officials say the decision was made to prepare for the winter storm expected to hit Berks County by tomorrow.
