(Reading, PA) -- Reading Mayor Eddie Moran is declaring disaster emergency for the city because of the recent winter storm. Moran signed the declaration yesterday to provide resources and protection for the health and safety of city residents. He is asking everyone to keep the streets clear and to take advantage of free garage parking. Trash pick-up scheduled today will be delayed until Friday, and Friday's collection is scheduled to happen on Saturday.
