(Berks County, PA) -- The first winter session for Berks County's Girls on the Run program is now open for registrations. Organizers for the program announced yesterday that the first winter event will begin on January 30th at the Sinking Spring Family YMCA. The session will run for five Saturdays and encourages third-to-fifth grade girls to express creative ideas on healthy exercise and how to build confidence within themselves. Registration is now available on the Sinking Spring Family YMCA website.
