(Berks County, PA) -- A takeout event to benefit Berks County's restaurant industries is being delayed. The event was scheduled for this Sunday at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Reading. Organizers said yesterday that the event will be postponed to give participating restaurants time to get up and running after Governor Wolf's COVID-19 restrictions were lifted this past Monday. A rescheduling date hasn't been announced yet, but updates will be made on the Takeout with a Purpose Facebook page.
