(Reading, PA) -- Reading Science Center is being rewarded a grant to help support its STEM program. The center announced yesterday that it is accepting a 357-thousand-dollar grant from the Giorgi Family Foundation. Officials say the money will be used to develop a Girls-in-STEM program that will be made available for middle-school-aged girls in Berks County. The program is expected to launch this coming spring.
