(Reading, PA) -- Mayor Eddie Moran is proposing a new plan to help stop gun violence in Reading. Mayor Moran unveiled his three-part plan during a press conference yesterday. The plan involves introducing a gun buy-back program, setting up a community police program and partnering with more local organizations like the Boys-and-Girls club and Moms Demand Action. The mayor says there will be more city meetings in the future before the plan is implemented.
