(Reading, PA) -- Four people in Berks County are being charged for allegedly running an illegal casino operation. David Scott Hutchinson and Nahyun Hutchinson were arrested yesterday by detectives with the district attorney's office. Both are facing first-degree felony charges of corrupt organizations and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities. Police say they are searching for two other suspects, Sean Sang Lee and Matthew Kyle Shepherd, who are facing similar charges. The criminal charges are being filed after a seven-month investigation resulted in a raid of Windfall Amusements seven-seven-seven Casino in the Kenhorst Plaza shopping center last year.
