(Reading, PA) -- The Reading Parking Authority is trying to acquire a vacant lot from the city to be used for parking. The R-P-A voted this past Tuesday to buy the lot located at 423 Schuylkill Avenue from the city for 25-thousand-dollars. City Council will have to approve the deal in order for the R-P-A to get the lot.
