>>Easter Service To Be Held On Top Of Mount Penn This Year

(Lower Alsace Township, PA) -- A popular Berks County Easter tradition is coming back this week after it was canceled last year because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The 108th annual Easter service is going to be held this Sunday at 6:30 a.m. at the William Penn Memorial Fire Tower on Skyline Drive in Lower Alsace Township. Those who plan on attending the service in-person are being asked to wear face masks and maintain social distancing.
