(Lickdale, PA) -- It’s unclear if anyone is hurt after two crashes on I-81 southbound in Lebanon County Wednesday. The wrecks led to the closure of I-78 West at exit eight. One of the crashes involved a garbage truck while the second was a truck carrying horse feed.
