(West Lampeter Township, PA) -- The West Lampeter Township Police Department is launching a new registry to help police officers and emergency responders better assist residents with special needs. The registry launched Friday and is now open to all citizens who live, attend school or work in the community. Residents are being encouraged to fill out the registry form so first responders can have access to emergency contact information and a physical description of those with special needs. The forms can be completed online and you can send it to the department via email or U.S. mail.
