(Lancaster, PA) -- The Lancaster County Community Vaccination Center at Park Center is going to be offering same-day appointments to help ensure all available doses are used. The center will begin same-day appointment scheduling today at 1:00 p.m. at the center's interior mall entrance. Officials say there will be about 60 to 70 available doses each day. You can schedule an appointment by visiting Vaccinate Lancaster's official website.

(Reading, PA) -- Berks County is joining Pennsylvania's initiative to help those struggling with drug addiction. Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced yesterday the creation of the state's Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative, which will be available throughout Berks County. Officials say those who need help battling drug addiction can walk inside of any police department in the county to begin to enroll in a treatment program without being arrested.

>>Two Men Charged For Allegedly Opening Gunfire In Berks County Hotel Parking Lot

(Spring Township, PA) -- Two men are being accused of exchanging gunfire in a hotel parking lot in Berks County that injured at least two people. The shooting broke out Monday evening outside the Fairfield Inn-and-Suites on Meridian Boulevard in Spring Township. Pedro Franco-Flores and Joel Joshua San Adres were both charged yesterday with attempted murder, aggravated assault and other related offenses. Authorities say San Andres is being held at the Berks County Jail with bail set at 750-thousand-dollars, but Franco-Flores still remains at large.

>>Lancaster Man Accused Of Breaking Child's Leg Arrested

(Marietta Borough, PA) -- A Lancaster man who is being accused of breaking a one-month-old child's leg is now behind bars. Brandon Bish of Marietta Borough was arrested yesterday by Susquehanna Regional Police on an outstanding warrant. Officials say he was wanted for breaking the child's femur in January while the child was under his care. Bish is facing several charges including aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children.

>>Emergency Response Vehicle Damaged In Lancaster County

(Lancaster, PA) -- An emergency response vehicle is going to have to undergo repairs after it was struck by another vehicle in Lancaster County. The incident happened Monday morning as the West Earl Fire Company was responding to an incident on US 222 northbound. Officials say that after the lane was shutdown, a passing driver failed to move over and hit the backend of the emergency vehicle. No injuries were reported, and police later stopped the driver a short distance away.
