Officials confirmed yesterday that Pedro Franco Flores has been taken into custody and is being held at the Berks County Prison on 250-thousand-dollar bail. He is facing several charges for the incident that occurred last week including attempted murder and aggravated assault. The other suspect involved, Joel San Andres, was arrested shortly after the shooting.
