(Lancaster, PA) -- The COVID-19 emergency declaration in Lancaster County that took effect last month is being lifted. County commissioners voted two-to-one yesterday to lift the declaration. While it was in effect, it allowed the county to purchase personal protection equipment without bidding on it. Officials say the order being lifted will not affect the vaccination site at Park City Center.
