>>Lebanon County Attorney Accused Of Threatening Wife, Democratic U-S Senators Disbarred
(Cornwall, PA) -- An attorney from Lebanon County who is accused of threatening to kill his wife as well as Democrats in the U-S Senate is being disbarred by the state Supreme Court. Kenelm Shirk, who’s practice is based out of Ephrata, has been preparing for his trial in August. The 71-year-old was stopped by state police January 21st with an A-R 15, two handguns, rope, gloves, and around five-grand in rolls of 50-dollar bills, according to investigators. Shirk pled not guilty and remains in federal custody.
