>>Kutztown University To Host COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

(Kutztown, PA) -- Kutztown University is going to be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for students, employees and community members next week. The clinic will be held on Monday at the Student Recreation Center from ten-in-the-morning until two-in-the-afternoon. Doses of the Pfizer vaccine are going to be administered for free, and registration is not required. Those who plan on attending the clinic are being asked to bring a photo I-D and are encouraged to bring their health insurance card.

(Reading, PA) -- Berks County doctors and church leaders are going to be updating the public on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic online. The county commissioners will be holding a public update program on the county's official Facebook and YouTube pages today at 3:30 p.m. The panel will be discussing how many people are currently vaccinated in Berks as well as answering questions and concerns people have been asking in the community.

>>Beerfest Games Announced For The Reading Fighting Phils

(Reading, PA) -- The Reading Fighting Phils are announcing its dates for Beerfest games this season. The beer-themed games will be held on June 10th, July 8th, August 12th and September 8th. Officials say the team is partnering with Beer Wall on Penn to host the games, and each event will feature beers from local state breweries. Tickets for Beerfest also include a collective Phils sampling glass, access to a buffet at Bunbino's Tailgate Seidel Auto Group Deck, two hours of beer sampling as well as admission to the game.

>>Veterans Social Hall In Reading Reopens

(Reading, PA) -- A veterans social hall in Reading is now open again after it was forced to close last year due to the ongoing pandemic. Veterans Making A Difference officially reopened yesterday morning inside the Hope Rescue Mission on North Sixth Street. The center is operating with COVID-19 safety precautions in place including hand sanitizer stations and plexi-glass guards put up inside the building. You can find more information on the center by visiting the Veterans Making A Difference's official Facebook page.

>>Man Accused Of Setting Fire Inside Lancaster Home

(Lancaster, PA) -- A man is being accused of setting a fire inside a Lancaster home while a woman and her three children were there. Police announced Monday that Mamelto Gonzalez was arrested last week after the incident happened in the 700-block of Almanac Avenue. Officials say Gonzalez lit a couch on fire and then started punching holes in the walls and destroying several furniture items. He is facing multiple charges including arson, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
