(Reading, PA) -- An adult education and testing center in Reading is going to be moving to a new location. The I-LEAD Adult Education-and-HiSET Testing Center announced yesterday that it will be moving to 540 Upland Avenue on May 25th. The center offers high school equivalency exam preparation services as well as helping Berks County residents pursue better job opportunities.
