(Reading, PA) -- Humane Pennsylvania is preparing to open a new veterinary clinic in Reading. The clinic will be officially opening to the public at the Freedom Center on North 11th Street on June 26th, but a soft opening is expected to take place next month. The center will be used for veterinary services as well as an animal shelter.
