(Reading, PA) -- The Fightin' Phils could be possibly playing somewhere else other than in Reading. Officials announced recently that the M-L-B is requiring significant upgrades to FirstEnergy Stadium for the team to still play for the city. While the stadium has been a staple of Berks County for more than 70-years, city officials say the upgrades will cost millions of dollars.
