(Reading, PA) -- The Hispanic Center of Reading and Berks County is finally allowing people inside after it was forced to cancel all in-person appointments last year because of the ongoing pandemic. The center located at 501 Washington Street in the city reopened Monday. Officials say that appointments are required to visit the building, and everyone must wear a mask while in the office.
