(Reading, PA) -- The general manager of the Reading Fightin' Phils is addressing the team's future at Baseballtown. Scott Hunsicker said in a video posted on YouTube Tuesday night that the team has no intentions of leaving the city. The M-L-B could terminate the Phils' license if facility requirements are not made at FirstEnergy Stadium by 2023. Hunsicker says the stadium's problems are related to player health and wellness requirements including the size of locker rooms, weight rooms and health-and-nutrition areas. State and city lawmakers estimate that the upgrades will cost around 15-million-dollars.
