(Reading, PA) -- Officials are updating the public on the status of Schlegel Park Pool's opening in Reading. Managing Director Abe Amoros says the pool still needs coping and tiling as well as crack remediation and some landscaping before it can open this summer season. He says most of the delay is from a trench gutter the city ordered last year, but the vendor had problems with supplies. The gutter part is expected to be shipped in the beginning of next month.
