(Reading, PA) -- Part-time employees in Reading are going to get a nice little bump in pay. Reading City Council voted yesterday to raise the base minimum pay for part-time workers to 15-dollars-an-hour. Officials say raising the base pay will help fill vacancies to improve the city's overall operations. The pay will be retroactive to January First.
