(Reading, PA) -- The Berks County Animal Rescue League is requiring people to bring their dogs indoors for the next couple of days because of the expected high temperatures. The A-R-L issued a Code Red ordinance yesterday, and you could face fines or have your pets seized if you don't follow the rules. Officials are encouraging anyone who sees an unsupervised dog outside to call the A-R-L immediately.
