(Mount Joy, PA) -- Authorities are now investigating a home explosion that happened in Lancaster County last month as a murder-suicide. The incident happened June 1st at a home in the one-hundred-block of Waldheim Road in Mount Joy Township. Northwest Regional Police say they have determined that 63-year-old David Preston gave his 60-year-old wife toxic levels of fentanyl before he lit himself and the home on fire.

(Exeter Township, PA) -- A man is dead after he succumbed to injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash in Berks County. Twenty-two-year-old Anthony Rota was pronounced dead Friday night at Reading Hospital after he crashed his motorcycle Thursday morning on Route 422 in Exeter Township. Police say he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, but he was traveling at a high-rate of speed before he struck a guardrail.

(East Earl Township, PA) -- Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed an 18-year-old man in Lancaster County. The incident happened last week on Route 322 in East Earl Township. Police say Andrew Stolzfus of Honey Brook died a few days after his horse-drawn cart was hit by a car. The driver of the car involved tried to flee the scene, but he was arrested a short time later for D-U-I.

(West Reading, PA) -- Police are searching for a suspect who is being accused of stealing a gun from a parked vehicle in West Reading. The incident occurred on June 28th in the 500-block of Cherry Street. Anyone with any information is being asked to contact the West Reading Police Department. Cash rewards of up to ten-thousand-dollars are available if the tip leads to an arrest.

(Lower Alsace Township, PA) -- Authorities are looking into what caused a fire that damaged a home in Berks County. The fire happened Saturday morning at a home along Myrtle Avenue in Lower Alsace Township. Police say nobody was hurt, but the flames caused more than 200-thousand-dollars in damages.
