Northwest Regional Police say they have determined that 63-year-old David Preston gave his 60-year-old wife toxic levels of fentanyl before he lit himself and the home on fire.

Police say he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, but he was traveling at a high-rate of speed before he struck a guardrail.

Police say Andrew Stolzfus of Honey Brook died a few days after his horse-drawn cart was hit by a car. The driver of the car involved tried to flee the scene, but he was arrested a short time later for D-U-I.
