(Ephrata, PA) -- A Lancaster County man is being accused of pepper-spraying an officer during the U.S. Capitol riots. Samuel Lazar of Ephrata was taken into custody on Monday. F-B-I officials say a woman who knew Lazar for 28 years told authorities she recognized him from his Facebook pictures from the Capitol building.
