(Lancaster, PA) -- A man is facing several charges after he allegedly led police on a high-speed chase through a residential neighborhood in Lancaster County while on his dirt bike. Isaac Hubik is being accused of leading officers on the chase that reached up to 70-miles-per-hour in the New Holland Borough recently. Police say he did escape officers but later turned himself in. He is being charged with fleeing and attempting to elude officers, agricultural vandalism and ten summary traffic offenses.
