(Reading, PA) -- A plastic bag ban could be in the works for Reading. Mayor Eddie Moran supports the proposal, but the administration wants to be sure it doesn't burden business owners and cuts down on pollution. The Environmental Advisory Council was asked to look into it as the state's moratorium on banning the bags has expired.
