(Lehigh, PA) -- Rains from Tropical Storm Henri are expected to continue falling in parts of the state today. Yesterday, several counties were placed under flash flood watch through today at 8 a.m. including Lehigh, Northampton, Warren, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lackawanna, and Schuylkill. Lackawanna County was hit hard by the heavy rains as there have been widespread reports of cars stuck in flood waters and flooded basements. Officials predicted that by the end of the flood watch, areas would have seen rainfall amounts of two-to-four-inches.
