(Reading, PA) -- Over the next eight months, Berks County will be working on planning for IMAGINE Berks, their new economic development plan. The county commission announced the work yesterday. They will be doing listening tours and holding community-driven discussions. Pittsburgh-based economic and community development consulting firm Fourth Economy will manage the project.
