(West Chester, PA) -- Animals impacted by Ida are finding forever homes in Pennsylvania. Over the weekend, 60 cats and 50 dogs were evacuated from Louisiana to Brandywine Valley SPCA in West Chester, Pennsylvania. So far, 168 animals, including some from Pennsylvania, have been adopted. The shelter currently has another plane and van on standby to rescue more animals from hurricane impacted areas if needed.
