(Lancaster, PA) -- The cleanup across Lancaster County continues today after the region received between three-and-a-half and eight inches of rain Wednesday. The rainfall from Tropical Depression Ida was the greatest single-day accumulation since 1999. The Conestoga River recorded the third highest crest in history. Utility crews continue restoring power to customers who lost service during the storm. Lancaster County Emergency Management officials are asking residents to report all property damage to the agency's website so it can let the federal government know what financial assistance will be needed.

(Lancaster, PA) -- Water levels are receding across central Pennsylvania, and motorists are reminded not to drive through high water. Hours after the Schuylkill River crested at a little more than 17 feet in Reading, it fell back below flood stage. It crested at more than 15-and-a-half feet near Hamburg, almost three-feet above flood stage. Berks County recorded more than seven inches of rain Wednesday, and floodwaters surrounded Reading Area Community College before receding yesterday afternoon. .

(Reading, PA) -- State health officials report Berks County recorded 124 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in its latest update yesterday, as the latest surge begins to slow. The seven-day average for Berks County increased to 109, while three more fatalities were recorded. Meanwhile, the state of Pennsylvania exceeded the date record for the surge, with more than one-thousand.

>>Teen Charged In Murder In Lancaster Last Week

(Lancaster, PA) -- Police have attested a teenager in connection with a murder in Lancaster last week. Police say 14-year-old Elijahuwon Ashmeir Brown has been charged with the shooting death of 23-year-old Rolando Rivera on August 27th. Rivera's body was discovered on Third Street, suffering from several gunshot wounds. Police say they have video evidence of Rivera's murder. Brown remains in the Lancaster County Prison with bail.    

>>Reading Man Charged In 2019 Home Invasion Murder Of Homeowner

(Wyomissing, PA) -- Police in Wyomissing have arrested a Berks County man in the fatal shooting of a homeowner during a home burglary two years ago. Police say 33-year-old Jarren Walker has been charged with the murder of 37-year-old Na'il Salamov in May, 2019. Investigators say they used cellphone records that connected a captured signal on Salamov's property to a phone Walker owned. Walker was arrested Wednesday at his workplace in Reading. He's being held in Berks County Prison.
