>>Former US Attorney Appointed By Trump Running For Governor

(Dauphin County, PA) -- A former U.S. Attorney is joining in the race to become Pennsylvania's next governor. Bill McSwain, who was appointed by former President Trump to be the top federal prosecutor in Philadelphia, announced his bid yesterday, saying he would have handled the pandemic differently than how Governor Wolf did. He added that we will have no irrational and unscientific closings and no heavy-handed state dictates on how Pennsylvanians live their lives. This is McSwain's first ever run for public office, and he will be facing off against seven other Republican candidates for a spot on the ballot.
