(Bern Township, PA) -- Berks County officials say they are seeing an increase in overdoses. Officials say many were the result of a potent blend of drugs not typically seen on the streets. The Council on Chemical Abuse led a recovery walk Saturday on the campus of Reading Area Community College. Following the walk, Camp Joy hosted a free event with food, music, and speakers.
