(Cumru Township, PA) -- The Animal Rescue League of Berks County has an immediate need for foster families due to overcrowding at the shelter. The ARL has 258 animals along with 188 kittens, 21 cats, 15 puppies, and 18 dogs that are currently cared for by foster. Officials add being in homes instead of cages is much better for animals to learn socialization.
