(Reading, PA) -- A 38-year-old Reading man will be sentenced October 8th after being convicted Tuesday of resisting arrest. Stanley Gracius was acquitted of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct for his arrest on December 31st after police were called to the one-thousand-block of Union Street when he was found on a porch. Gracius said it was his girlfriend's house and started kicking and yelling at officers, who eventually handcuffed him. She says they dated about 20 years ago, and she called police when he hadn't left after five hours.
